The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The beds are bad, the mattresses worn out.

Friendly staff and great breakfast

Each morning, we were greeted with an excellent breakfast spread, with a good variety, including great vegan options. The staff's warmth made every interaction enjoyable, and their local dining recommendations were spot on.

The hotel sits on a busy main road with some noise challenges at times, especially from nearby restaurants. Our air conditioning struggled a bit as well, impacting comfort during warmer nights.

The location of the hotel was great and fantastic - within walking distance of Porta Sant'anna. Polite team on the reception desk.

The breakfast buffet is very lush for Italian standards and leaves nothing to be desired. The use of the safe is included. Every day as a service two bottles of water are put into the room.

Unfortunately, there is a 24-hour café next to the hotel, which, even if it is outside the city center, is very busy every day until late at night. Accordingly a lot of noise comes from there, but for the hotel itself nothing.

Staying here was a delight with the friendly staff and the easy access to the vibrant city center, just under a 10-minute bike ride away, letting me soak in the area's beauty without worrying about traffic or parking. Exploring local gems like the fine Basilica of San Frediano and the historic Guinigi Tower was effortless and totally enhanced my weekend adventure.

The guest room was good-sized and silent. Really enjoyed a bidet in my open bathroom. Its location was lovely, right by the Italian coast, a bar / cafe and the train stations. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Lucca.

The room I stayed in was cozy, yet quite limited in storage for a longer stay. The high location of the safe made it challenging for someone shorter than 5'10" to access it easily. The Wi-Fi signal was inconsistent, especially in my room that was located at the end of the corridor, quite frustrating .

Clean, very well air-conditioned room, walking distance to the center.

In principle, nothing, is located on a very busy road, did not bother sleeping.

Staff spoke many languages, very friendly and helpful information. They know the area very well and are full of resources. Bikes were given to us for free. We enjoyed them to go to Lucca which was a about fifteen minutes bike ride. It was a great asset to see Lucca by bike. Clean facility and good breakfast

The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, was like home! Perfect for a solo traveler, and I felt really welcomed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Booked restaurants for uswhich we enjoyedtoo .nice jacuzzi bathand large bathroom. Bed changed daily .good quality white towels too.

Air conditioning not good room too hot .didnt sleep well due to noisey all night cafe out front of hotel.windows not double glazed so not soundproof. Maybe room at back would have been more satisfactory.

Good breakfast.

The hotels immediate neighborhood was not very nice, but old town was only 15 minute walk away. A good compromise if you need a place for your car.
